Transcendance Meditation is the deepest and purest form of meditation. It uses special Mantra's to enable people to slip through the cracks of thinking and arrive in pure Awareness.
This place of Awareness (also referred to as Oneness/Is-ness/the Quantum Realm), that I call 'The Cor', is the source of all creation.
When you are in this place you aren't thinking or observing, you simply Are. You only realise you have been there when you come out of it.
You can't go deeper than the source of creation and while other meditations can take you close to this field, only Transcendance Meditations allow you to bath in this powerful place.

Meditation methodically and intelligently taught me to find the confidence and fulfilment I spent my whole life searching for...
